Three-year guarantee

We’re 100% confident in our blinds and shutters. You can be too, thanks to our three-year guarantee.

This covers your fabric, controls, chains, cords and fittings of your blinds or shutters. So depending on the issue, you’ll get either replacement components or a new blind free of charge if there’s a problem within the 3-year guarantee.

Obviously, there are a few exceptions that we can’t cover you for. These are:
• Accidental damage
• Any alterations
• Exposure to the elements
• Misuse
• Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
• Fitted in a non-domestic environment
• Everyday wear and tear
• Fabrics and dyes
• Normal fading
• Manufacturing defect not reported within 28 days of delivery

The small print

We warrant that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from delivery of the goods to you. Only orders placed after October 2015 are covered by the three-year guarantee. It is important that you keep your seven digit order reference number; this will be displayed on both your order confirmation page and confirmation email.

Should any defect in material or workmanship occur within the three-year warranty period after the date of delivery of the goods, we will arrange to examine the goods and. if the goods are defective, we shall either repair or replace the defective goods free of any charge for labour or materials (always providing that the goods have not been subject to any misuse or modification).If you want to claim, you will need to pay for the return of your blind or shutter to Web-Blinds for us to inspect and then for delivery of a replacement blind or shutter or any components to your home.

The warranties provided in this condition shall not apply where: the relevant fault or defect has been caused by your misuse, fitting and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the goods are in your possession; and/or in relation to the goods, the fault or defect was apparent on a reasonable inspection which you did not notify to us within 28 days from delivery or supply by us.
